Trip history

Trips are written to your browser’s own database. They are not uploaded, not backed up and not visible to anyone else — which also means clearing your browser data deletes them. Export anything you want to keep.

What the trip history keeps

Every trip you save from the speedometer lands here with its distance, duration, moving time, maximum speed and average moving speed, plus every GPS fix that went into those numbers. Nothing is summarised away: the raw samples are kept so that an export carries the full track, not a smoothed version of it.

GPX is the format to reach for when you want the route on a map. It opens in Strava, Garmin Connect, Komoot, Google Earth and every chartplotter. CSV gives you one row per fix with time, coordinates, speed, altitude and accuracy, ready for a spreadsheet. JSON is the same data in the form the page stores it, for anyone who wants to process it with code.

The list lives in your browser’s own database, on this device, under this site. It never leaves. The flip side is that it is only as permanent as your browser data: clearing site data, using a private window, or switching to another phone starts you with an empty list. Export anything you want to keep, and re-import it into whichever service you use.
